Use task notifications, mention notifications, and email notifications to make sure your team sees what they need to see, when they need to see it!
To ensure you and your team see the right content at the right time, Tabflows will automatically notify users within their Side Bar when a task or mention is created. We will maintain this notification until the task or mention is resolved.
Task notifications - Your "Tasks" icon in the Tabflows Side Bar will turn orange when you have a task to complete. This icon will show the number of tasks that are:
Assigned to you
Due today or in the past (i.e. Due: up through today)
Not marked as complete (i.e. Status: To do)
Mention notifications - Your "Mentions" icon in the Tabflows Side Bar will turn orange when someone @mentions you in a task description or comment. This icon show all on incomplete tasks, even if they are due in the future.
Email notifications - Click the "Bell" icon in the top right corner of tasks and toggle on email notifications. When turned on, you will receive an email every time a new task is assigned to you.
Note: you will NOT receive an email notification when you are mentioned in a task
