Getting started: Your practice info in AI Assist

Add your practice's information & documents to personalize Assist responses!

Add any Google Doc or Sheet to Assist Settings to instantly pull up referral details, draft customized work excuse notes, calculate detailed price quotes, and so much more!

  1. Open Assist Settings - Open the Assist side panel and click on the "gear" icon in the top right corner of the side panel

  2. Enter edit mode - Click "Edit" to make changes to Assist Settings

  3. Open Google share options - Open any Google Doc or Google Sheet, click "Share" in the top right corner of the page

  4. Enable access - Under "General Access" ensure the access is set to "Anyone with the link"

  5. Copy Google link - While still in Google share options, click "Copy link"

  6. Paste link in Assist Settings - Navigate back to Tabflows' Assist Settings and paste the Google link in the settings

  7. Save Assist Settings - Click "Save" in the top right corner of Assist Settings

Start by uploading common documents to your Assist Settings

  • Pricing sheets

  • Referral lists

  • List of dot phrases

  • Letter templates (e.g. work excuse notes)

  • Document templates (e.g. superbills)

  • Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

  • And more! Assist can handle an unlimited number of documents!

Pro tip: Everyone at your practices can see the same Assist Settings page. Add headlines and subheadlines to help keep your practice resources organized across team members.
