Getting Started: Create and Assign Groups

Create groups and assign tasks to these groups

Create a group from the "Add task" > "Assigned to" drop down to easily assign a task to more than one user at a time!

Click "Add task" from the Tabflows sidebar to open a new draft task in the Tabflows side panel. From this draft task, open the "Assigned to" dropdown, navigate to "Group", and click "Edit group" to create a new group!

  1. Create new group - Click the create button to add a new group option to Tabflows

  2. Name & people - Enter a name for the group and select the individuals who should be included in this group

  3. Create group & refresh - Create the group and toggle between the "Individual" and "Group" tabs to refresh your list of groups

Note: A task will show up in each group members' task list as if it were Assigned to them until the task has been marketed as complete.
