How to remove (archive) team members from Tabflows

If someone leaves your clinic or no longer needs access, archive them to remove access and keep your Team members list up to date.


Who can remove/archive team members

Only users with the Owner or Admin role in your clinic’s Tabflows account can remove or archive team members.

How to remove/archive a team member

  1. In the Tabflows sidebar, click SettingsClinic Settings (this opens https://app.tabflows.com)

  2. Click Team in the left menu

  3. Find the user you want to remove/archive

  4. Click the three dots (⋯) menu to the right of their name

  5. Select Archive User

  6. Confirm

Once archived, the user is removed/archived from your Tabflows account.

Important

If the user is the Owner, email [email protected] before archiving so the Owner role can be transferred.
