This is the short path for a human creating a brand-new clinic in Tabflows. The important thing is that they are creating the clinic, not joining someone else’s. Once the workspace exists and the creator can continue setup, this page has done its job.
Before you start 🧰
Have these details ready:
Your clinic or practice name.
Your work email address.
The primary EHR your clinic uses.
Any additional systems you want to connect first.
Authority to accept the current Terms, Privacy Policy, and clinic BAA statement shown during signup.

Good to know 💡: Creating the account is the quick part. Give yourself a few additional minutes to verify your email, install Tabflows, and open your first clinic system.
Create your clinic account 🚀
1. Sign up your clinic 🏥
Go to app.tabflows.com/sign-up
Enter your practice name, work email, and your first and last name.
Select your EHR from the list. If your system isn't listed, select Other and enter its name.
Select any additional systems your clinic uses. (Optional)
Review and accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Confirm that you have the authority to sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) on behalf of your clinic.
Click Start free with Core (Free).
2. Verify your email 📩
Tabflows sends an activation email to the address you provided.
Open the verification email.
Click the verification link to activate your account.
Note 📝: If the activation message does not arrive within a few minutes, check spam or junk, then use the support options at the end of this article.
3. Install the Tabflows Chrome extension 🧩
Once your account is verified, add the extension to Chrome:
Go to tabflows.com/extension and click Install the extension
On the Chrome Web Store page, click Add to Chrome and confirm
Open any system you normally work in — Elation, Hint, Spruce, or any other
The Tabflows sidebar appears on the right side of your screen. Sign in with your Tabflows credentials.
Can't see the Tabflows icon? 🤔: Click the puzzle piece in Chrome's top-right corner, find Tabflows, and pin it.
Add your team 🧑🤝🧑
Once your clinic is set up, you can bring the rest of your team into the same Tabflows clinic.
Invite a team member yourself
If you are a clinic Admin:
Open Tabflows and select Team under Admin.
Select Invite Team Member.
Enter the teammate’s email and name, then select Admin or Team.
Select Send Invite. They will receive an email to create their account.
Only clinic Admins see Invite Team Member. If you are an Admin and the control is missing, contact Support.
Ask Tabflows to add a team member
If you would rather have Tabflows help, email [email protected] with the team member’s name, work email, and role (Admin or Team). The Tabflows team can create the member account and send the welcome email directly.
Roles at a glance
Admin: Billing and team management.
Team: Standard access and task management.
Branding is a shared clinic setting. Anyone who can open the Branding page can update it, and changes apply to future PDF and Word documents generated for the clinic.
If self-serve team invites are available for your clinic
You may also be able to add a team member from the Team page:
Go to app.tabflows.com and click Team in the left menu
Click Invite Team Member
Enter their email and name, and select Admin or Team
Click Send Invite to their email. They'll receive an email to create their account
Important ⚠️: Only clinic Admins see Invite Team Member. Team members do not see invitation controls. If you are an Admin and the control is missing, contact Support.

If you do not see the Team controls you expect, email [email protected] for help adding the member.
