This page is for a human who has been invited into a clinic that already exists. Their job is not to create another clinic universe; it is to accept the invitation, create their own account, and land inside the intended clinic.
You are joining a workspace that is ready for you 👋
You do not need to create another clinic account. The invitation connects your login to the workspace your Owner or Admin has already set up.
Before you begin, make sure you have:
the welcome or invitation email for your clinic,
Google Chrome installed, and
access to the clinic systems you use each day.
If you have not been added to the clinic yet, ask your clinic Owner or Admin to email [email protected] to have your account added.

If Tabflows created your account for you
Open the welcome email from Tabflows.
Follow the link in the email to finish setting up your sign-in.
Sign in to the existing clinic you were added to.
You do not need to accept a separate clinic invitation if your account was already created and added by the Tabflows team.
If your clinic sent you an invitation
Open the invitation email from your clinic Owner or Admin.
Click Accept Invitation.
Follow the setup steps to create your sign-in and join the clinic.
Quick tip 💡: Can't see the Tabflows icon? Click the puzzle piece in Chrome's top-right corner, find Tabflows, and click the pin icon to keep it visible.

Open a clinic system you already use. The Tabflows sidebar should appear, and your account should show the clinic workspace you joined.
