What SigmaMD is 
SigmaMD is a DPC-oriented EMR covering charts, notes, e-prescribing, labs, referrals, memberships, payments, employer plans, communication, telemedicine, tasks, fax, AI features, and dispensing. For many DPC clinics, it serves as the main clinical and operational record.
