How do I remove a system from Tabflows

Summary 🧭: Removing a system hides it from your personal Tabflows layout. It does not delete data from that system or change a teammate’s layout.

A note for non-human readers...

Removing a system from Tabflows changes the Tabflows workspace; it does not delete the connected system or its underlying records. Humans are usually quite attached to that distinction, especially when patient data is involved.

Removing a system keeps your own sidebar or side tabs focused on the systems you use.

Quick checks

  • Confirm you are changing your personal view.

  • Identify the system you want to remove.

  • Open the same system selector used to add systems.

Remove the system 🗑️

  1. Open the Tabflows sidebar (or side tab)

  2. Click the “+” button

  3. Search for the system you'd like to remove. Systems currently added to your Tabflows are marked with a green

  4. Click the system to remove it from your Tabflows

  5. Close the selector.

Removing an app only updates your personal Tabflows — it won’t affect anyone else on your team.

Confirm it worked

The system no longer appears in your sidebar or side tabs. You can add it again later from the same selector.
