Tags are labels humans add so future humans can find related work without remembering exactly what it was called. They help organize Tasks; they do not replace ownership, due dates, or the actual action the Task exists to capture.

Clinic "Tag" and "Tag to system" are not the same 🏷️
Clinic Tag is a label your clinic defines, such as Labs, Referrals, Billing, Intake, Forms, or Records.
Tag to system identifies the connected system where the work belongs.
Tags add consistent categories to tasks without making the task description longer.
Common tags include 📖:
Labs, Refills, Referrals, Follow-up, Billing, Intake, Forms, and Records.
Use a small, consistent set so the same workflow is not split across duplicate tags.
Add a tag to a task 📌
Create a task or open an existing task.
Open the Tag field.
Select the tag that matches the work.
Save the task.
Filter by tag 🔍
Open Tasks.
