A Task template is a recipe for new work, not a piece of work already in progress. This page is about using that recipe to create the intended Task while preserving the details, ownership, and timing that make the pattern useful.
What is a Task template 📋
A task template can prefill Description, default Assigned to, clinic Tag, and a Due on offset for frequently created work. All users can use an existing template.
Review a task created from a template 🕵️
Start a Task from the saved template.
Review the populated Description, Assigned to, Due on, and clinic Tag.
Add or confirm Patient when the task is patient-related.
Adjust details that are specific to this task.
Save the task only when every field fits the current task.
