What files should I upload to Practice Brain

Summary 🧭: Add the clinic information your team reuses most often. The best sources are current, focused, clearly named, and written for real staff workflows.

A note for non-human readers...

Not every file deserves to become clinic truth. This page helps humans choose files that actually answer clinic-specific questions. Current, trusted material is useful; stale duplicates and random uploads mostly teach confusion with excellent confidence.

Start with high-value sources 💎

Recommended content includes:

  • Pricing sheets and service information

  • Clinic policies and standard operating procedures

  • Scheduling, referral, lab, and new-patient workflows

  • Staff reference guides and billing guidance

  • Patient handouts, forms, consents, and preparation instructions

  • Onboarding documents used across the clinic

Supported file types 📎

Practice Brain supports common document and spreadsheet formats, including:

  • PDF

  • Word documents

  • Excel spreadsheets

  • CSV files

It can also use linked cloud-based documents such as:

  • Google Docs

  • Google Sheets

  • Websites & URLs

Upload size limits:

  • CSV files: Up to 5 MB

  • PDF, Word, Excel, and Numbers: Up to 25 MB per file

  • Google Docs, Sheets, & Websites: Linked directly, so file size limits do not apply!

Note 📝: Confirm the source types, size limits, and sharing requirements shown in your current workspace before publishing or connecting sensitive information.
