Marketplace is about Tabflows actions, not every setting inside a connected system. First identify what object the human wants to change: a Tabflows action belongs here; a native Hint, Elation, Spruce, Cerbo, or other partner setting belongs to that product.
A catalog of what Tabflows can do across your systems
Your clinic likely uses multiple systems — an EHR, a billing platform, a messaging tool, a task manager. Tabflows connects to those systems and can suggest actions at the right moment: opening a patient page, drafting a message, creating a charge, generating a document, or assigning a task.
Action Marketplace shows you all of those actions in one place so you know exactly what Tabflows can suggest and how each action works.

Five action categories
Actions in the Marketplace are organized into five categories:
Billing — Actions related to charges, invoices, and financial workflows in your billing system.
Care — Actions that open patient records, review conversations, or support clinical review.
Communication — Actions that help you draft and send messages to patients through your messaging system.
Documentation — Actions that generate formatted documents such as referral letters, visit summaries, and patient-facing reports.
Workflow — Actions that create tasks, assign work to team members, and support day-to-day coordination.
Each category has its own icon and color so you can quickly identify what kind of action you are looking at.
What you can do in Marketplace
Browse all actions Tabflows currently supports for your connected systems.
Filter by category to focus on billing, care, communication, documentation, or workflow actions.
Search for a specific action by name or description.
View details about any action — what it does, what information it needs, and how it behaves.
See which additional actions are coming soon.
Request a new action if something you need is not yet available.
Where to find it
Open Settings (⚙️) at the bottom of the Tabflows sidebar.
Select Clinic Settings.
Open app.tabflows.com when prompted.
In the side menu, select Marketplace.
The Action Marketplace page displays all available actions grouped by category.
Who can access Marketplace
Action Marketplace is available to all team members at your clinic. Everyone on the team can browse actions and view action details.
