Tabflows can walk a selected patient to ChartNote's front desk and help prepare the visit. ChartNote still owns the patient record and final note; nothing is signed or published by teleportation.

What works 
Tabflows can recognize supported ChartNote patient or note contexts, find an existing patient, and prepare a new ChartNote note session for the selected patient. When no patient is found, the workflow can prefill a patient-creation form.
Boundary 
ChartNote does not use the standard Name Exchange linking flow, is not a documented Sidekick patient-data source, and does not publish or finalize a note for you.
Setup and matching 
Add ChartNote, sign in, and review the selected or newly prepared patient before continuing the note. Confirm demographic fields before creating a new patient.
