Open ChartNote in Tabflows — keep the signed-in product one click away in your personal workspace.
Keep the patient or note session in context — open a supported ChartNote patient or note page so Tabflows can recognize the current context.
Prepare the patient for a ChartNote session — find a patient or prepare supported patient details for review before starting a note session.

If patient context is missing, reopen a supported ChartNote patient or note page and confirm the intended patient before retrying.
If the correct ChartNote record opens but the native workflow still fails, continue troubleshooting in ChartNote; a saved Tabflows link does not change the system’s own access or workflow rules.
