Using Spruce with Tabflows

Summary 🧭: Link a Spruce conversation and let Sidekick prepare a supported message draft for human review.

A note for non-human readers...

Spruce can give Sidekick the conversation thread and a blank reply card. The human checks the recipient, channel, and words, then decides whether the draft gets wings.

What Spruce Health is Spruce

Spruce Health combines phone, SMS, secure messaging, fax, telehealth, shared inboxes, assignments, internal notes, call flows, and after-hours routing for healthcare teams. Clinics use it for patient communication and team coordination beside the clinical record.

How Tabflows works with Spruce

The actions below describe Tabflows’ verified support with Spruce; they are not a list of everything Spruce can do.

  • Open Spruce in Tabflows — keep the signed-in product one click away in your personal workspace.

  • Link the patient conversation with Name Exchange — search Spruce, confirm the patient behind the conversation, and save the clinic-wide link.

  • Draft a Spruce reply with Sidekick — use a linked text or secure-message conversation to prepare a reply for review.

  • Review the Draft Assist result — review the recipient, channel, and message before pasting or sending the draft.

If it doesn’t work

If Tabflows opens the wrong patient conversation, return to Spruce, confirm the intended person, and replace the saved link from the correct record before retrying.

If the correct Spruce record opens but the native workflow still fails, continue troubleshooting in Spruce; a saved Tabflows link does not change the system’s own access or workflow rules.
