Using VistaScripts with Tabflows

Summary 🧭: Link VistaScripts patient context, review Vista Pay orders with Sidekick, and inspect prepared patient or order details before continuing.

A note for non-human readers...

VistaScripts can receive a carefully packed patient-and-prescription starter kit, while Vista Pay can show supported order details. The human still checks the parcel and presses the final native button.

What VistaScripts / Vista Pay is VistaScripts

VistaScripts / Vista Pay is a pharmacy, prescription fulfillment, and payment platform. Its payment portal describes a prescription-commerce network connecting providers, pharmacies, payments, and patients.

How Tabflows works with VistaScripts

The actions below describe Tabflows’ verified support with VistaScripts; they are not a list of everything VistaScripts can do.

  • Open VistaScripts in Tabflows — keep the signed-in product one click away in your personal workspace.

  • Link the patient or prescription order with Name Exchange — find the existing patient or review supported demographics prepared for a new patient or order.

  • Review Vista Pay orders with Sidekick — when asked, read supported order status, patient, provider, and fulfillment-pharmacy details from the signed-in orders list. VistaScripts is not a general Sidekick chart-data source.

  • Prepare patient and order details for review — for a new patient, Tabflows can prepare the name, gender, and date of birth and, when available, select the assigned provider. Review the patient, provider, medication, directions, quantity, shipping, and every other VistaScripts field before submitting; Tabflows does not submit the order.

If it doesn’t work

If Tabflows opens the wrong patient or prescription order, return to VistaScripts, confirm the intended person, and replace the saved link from the correct record before retrying.

If the correct VistaScripts record opens but the native workflow still fails, continue troubleshooting in VistaScripts; a saved Tabflows link does not change the system’s own access or workflow rules.
