Summary 🧭: Ask Sidekick to prepare a Spruce message, review it, then open the correct Spruce thread and paste it into the message box. Tabflows never sends the message for you.
Draft the message
Select the correct patient page and open Sidekick.
Ask Sidekick to draft the message and state the goal, tone, and next step.
Review the Spruce message card. Check the patient, destination, clinical facts, dates, and wording.
Choose Navigate & paste to open the Spruce thread and fill its message box. Use Copy when you need to paste elsewhere.
Review and edit the text in Spruce.
Send manually only when ready.
Important boundary
Navigate & paste does not send. Confirm the recipient in Spruce before sending.
This Sidekick action is separate from Draft Assist's Generate and Insert controls inside a Spruce conversation. Both create drafts; neither sends automatically.
If the wrong thread opens
Do not send. Return to Tabflows, confirm the patient and linked Spruce conversation, then navigate again.
