An Artifact link is private. Opening it requires Tabflows sign-in and the clinic Owner role. A message preview does not reveal the Artifact’s title, notes, or files.
Before you start 🎯
Only users with the Owner role can create, edit, or open an Artifact. The recipient must also sign in to Tabflows as a clinic Owner.
Create an Artifact 📄
Open Artifacts in Tabflows.
Select New artifact.
Add a clear title.
Add an optional description.
Add the notes the recipient needs.
Attach any supporting files.
Review the Artifact and save it.
Supported attachments include PDF, images, Word, Excel, CSV, and Markdown files up to 25 MB each.
Use only the information the intended recipient needs.
Copy and share the link 🔗
Select Copy link from the Artifact page or the Artifacts list.
Send the copied link to the intended clinic Owner. The recipient is asked to sign in before the protected content opens.
Messaging previews do not display the Artifact’s title, description, notes, or attachments.
Manage existing Artifacts 🗄️
The Artifacts list shows the title, description, link, and relevant dates.
Sort by Created or Last updated when you need to find recent work. Open an existing Artifact to review or update its title, description, notes, or files, then save the changes.
This guide does not promise deletion or link revocation. Removing a message containing the link does not revoke access.
If the link will not open 🛠️
Confirm that the recipient is signed in to the correct Tabflows clinic and has the clinic Owner role.
Make sure both people are using the latest version of Tabflows and refresh the page. If the link still will not open, contact Tabflows Support.
