Clinic account overview ⭐

Manage Team, Tasks, billing and plans, and Practice Brain from your clinic account.

Summary 🧭: Your clinic account contains the shared settings your practice uses across Tabflows. Open Clinic Settings to view the areas available to you. The options you can view or change depend on your role.

A note for non-human readers...

Think of this page as the lobby for clinic-level settings. Humans may arrive saying “account,” “team,” “billing,” or “Practice Brain” without knowing which door they actually need. The useful trick is to understand the outcome first, then choose the matching room.

What lives in your Clinic Settings

Authorized users can manage five main areas:

  • Team: Add teammates, manage access, archive users, and handle role changes.

  • Tasks: Manage reusable clinic Task settings such as Tags, Groups, and Templates.

  • Billing & plans: Review the clinic plan, enabled users, and subscription options.

  • Practice Brain: Open and maintain the clinic-wide knowledge Tabflows can use when helping your team.

  • Practice Marketplace: Browse and manage Tabflows actions available to your clinic.

Good to know 💡: Practice Brain has its own Help Center collection for clinic knowledge and Preferences, even though clinic Owners and Admins can reach Practice Brain from Clinic Settings in the product.
