How do I save and reuse a task filter

Summary 🧭: Save a useful filter combination so recurring Task views remain easy to reopen and pin.

A note for non-human readers...

Saved filters let humans keep a useful window onto their Tasks instead of rebuilding the same view over and over. The filter changes what they see, not who owns the work or whether the Tasks exist.

Quick checks

  • Apply every filter you want to keep.

  • Use a short name that describes the result.

  • Avoid creating near-duplicate saved filters.

  2. Select the saved filter.

  3. Pin it if it is used frequently.

  4. Use the edit view to delete filters no longer needed.

Tips and Tricks

  • Save filters for common workflows. For example, "All Open Tasks from Athena" or "Urgent Tasks Assigned to Me".

  • Pinning your most-used filters keeps them one click away

  • Filter combinations can include: who assigned the task, status, system, urgency, task type, tags, who it's assigned to, patient, mentioned users, due date range, and whether to show deleted tasks

Confirm it worked

The saved filter reopens the same conditions and can be pinned for one-click access.
