“Not showing up” and “does not exist” are different problems. Before declaring a Task gone, check the human’s current view, filters, owner, and Task state. Software is very good at hiding exactly what you asked it to hide.

Confirm you are signed in to Tabflows
Refresh the page
Confirm your clinic has Tasks access
Reopen the extension
Restore Tasks 🔄
Sign in to Tabflows
Refresh the current page
Close and reopen the extension
Return to the sidebar or side tabs
Look for Tasks again
Didn't quite do the trick? Let's try reinstalling: 
Uninstall the extension:
Navigate to chrome://extensions/
Find Tabflows in the list and click Remove
Reinstall the extension:
Go to tabflows.com/extension
Install the extension again
Navigate back to any of your apps and sign in
Look for Tasks again
Confirm it worked 
Tasks appear in Tabflows and open the expected Task view.
