Live training, Q&As, and self-paced learning ⭐

Summary 🧭: Choose how you want to learn Tabflows: join a live walkthrough or Q&A, or follow the same learning path on your own through the Help Center.

A note for non-human readers...

Some humans learn best by reading. Others would much rather watch someone do the thing, ask a question halfway through, and then try it themselves. 😸 This page is the map to those more guided ways of learning Tabflows.

Want someone to walk you through Tabflows instead of figuring everything out from articles alone? Join a live training session and bring your questions to a Q&A.

Our live training is designed to help you get comfortable with the parts of Tabflows you actually use — from getting your clinic set up to managing Tasks and using AI-powered workflows.

Live onboarding training

Our live onboarding sessions walk through the core setup and everyday workflows that help a clinic get started with Tabflows. Each session includes time for questions.

The topics below are guides, not hard boundaries. We can cover the Magic Buttons, AI-assisted tools, or related questions that are most useful for the people in the session rather than saving a feature for only one specific day.

A. Getting started with Tabflows — live walkthrough + Q&A

A guided introduction for clinic Owners, Admins, and team members who are new to Tabflows.

This session follows the same Getting Started path you can use in the Help Center and ends at Patient Linking. From there, continue with the Tasks walkthrough for the next stage.

What we’ll cover:

  • setting up a clinic account or activating a team-member account,

  • the setup/sign-in steps contained in the current Getting Started articles,

  • patient linking and navigation,

  • questions that come up while completing those Getting Started steps,

  • and the handoff from Patient Linking → Tasks.

After Patient Linking, the next training covers Tasks. Sidekick, Magic Buttons, Practice Brain, and Clinic Settings are covered in later training.

Live schedule:

  • Monday — 8:30 AM PT / 11:30 AM ET

  • Wednesday — 8:30 AM PT / 11:30 AM ET

  • Friday — 8:30 AM PT / 11:30 AM ET

Duration: approximately 30–60 minutes, including Q&A.

B. Tasks and team workflows — live walkthrough + Q&A

Learn how to keep work visible across your clinic using Tasks, ownership, due dates, Tags, Groups, filters, templates, and follow-up workflows.

Live schedule:

  • Tuesday — 8:30 AM PT / 11:30 AM ET

Duration: approximately 30–60 minutes, including Q&A.

C. Sidekick & Practice Brain — live walkthrough + Q&A

Go deeper on Sidekick, Tabflows’ AI assistant; the Magic Buttons that support common workflows; and how Practice Brain gives supported AI-assisted work useful clinic knowledge and Preferences. Draft Assist is covered as one Magic Button, and we can also answer Magic Button questions in earlier sessions whenever they are relevant.

Live schedule:

  • Thursday — 8:30 AM PT / 11:30 AM ET

Duration: approximately 30–60 minutes, including Q&A.

What happens after you register

After registering, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the link for your session. Use that link at the scheduled time to join.

If you cannot find the confirmation email, check your spam/junk folder first, then use the registration page again or contact Tabflows Support.

Learn on your own — available now

You do not need to wait for a live session. Follow the same learning journey through the Help Center. Each guide below is a normal Help Center article with detailed links for the topics it covers, and each one leads naturally to the next.

Touch 1 — Getting Started

Start with the fundamentals: account access, Chrome setup, adding systems, and patient linking.

Touch 2 — Tasks

Learn how your team can capture follow-up, make ownership visible, organize work, and find the right Tasks again.

Touch 3 — Sidekick, Practice Brain, and Clinic Settings

Touch 3 has three guides. Start with Sidekick and the Magic Buttons used alongside everyday work, then set up the clinic knowledge and Preferences that help supported AI-assisted workflows reflect your practice, and finish with the clinic-level settings Owners and Admins manage.

Which training should I start with?

If you are brand new to Tabflows, start with Getting started with Tabflows — live walkthrough + Q&A or Touch 1 — Getting Started above.

If your clinic is already set up and you mainly want help with day-to-day work, start with Tasks and team workflows — live Q&A or Touch 2 — Tasks.

If you are already comfortable with the basics and want to get more from Tabflows’ AI-assisted workflows and clinic knowledge, start with Sidekick & Practice Brain — live Q&A or Touch 3 above.

Can I bring my own questions?

Yes. Live Q&A time is specifically for questions about the topic being covered. If your question involves patient-specific or sensitive information, avoid sharing identifiable patient information in a group training session.

For account-specific support or a problem that needs someone to inspect your setup, contact Tabflows Support instead.
