Summary 🧭: Tabflows Mobile gives you a phone-friendly way to use Sidekick when you are away from your computer. It is built for questions, patient context, files, voice input, and follow-up work—not full desktop EHR control.

Mobile Sidekick is the “help me think and prepare while I’m away from the big screen” version of the workflow. It can answer, draft, summarize, use supported context, and help keep follow-up moving. It does not magically turn a phone browser into a full EHR-control surface; when the next step requires a live desktop tab or extension action, that part belongs back on desktop.
What is Tabflows Mobile? 📱
Tabflows Mobile is the mobile-web version of Tabflows. Open Tabflows in your phone's browser and Sidekick becomes the main workspace.
There is no separate mobile app to download. You use the same Tabflows account and clinic access you already use on desktop.
What you can do on your phone ✅
Use Sidekick on mobile to:
Ask questions about clinic policies, pricing, workflows, and Tasks.
Select a patient and ask patient-specific questions.
Review available patient information and files.
Attach a photo, PDF, spreadsheet, document, or text file to a conversation.
Dictate a prompt with voice input.
Return to recent conversations or open chat history.
Use saved prompts, Missions, and suggested follow-up questions.
Draft messages, summaries, handoffs, and next steps for review.
What still needs desktop Chrome 🖥️
Mobile does not replace the Tabflows Chrome extension.
Work that depends on the active browser tab or a live EHR page still needs desktop Chrome. This includes:
Reading the page currently open in your EHR.
Capturing the active browser page automatically.
Clicking, typing, pasting, or navigating inside a connected system.
Using Magic Buttons beside fields or patient names.
Filing information or completing other extension-driven actions in the EHR.
Good to know 💡: You can ask Sidekick to research, summarize, draft, or plan from mobile, then return to desktop for steps that require the Chrome extension.
A useful way to think about it
Tabflows Mobile is your mobile command center. Use it to understand the situation, prepare the work, and decide the next step. Use desktop Tabflows when the next step requires direct control of an EHR or connected browser tab.
Important ⚠️: Review the patient, source, dates, and clinical details before using any Sidekick answer.
