How to use Sidekick to review Hint Clinical information

Summary 🧭: When your clinic uses Hint Clinical (Hint’s clinical product at one.hint.com), Sidekick can use available clinical summary information, notes, and patient message history for the linked patient.

Before you start

Select the correct patient, link the correct Hint record, open the patient in Hint Clinical (one.hint.com), and allow the Tabflows extension to load available context.

What Sidekick can use

  • Clinical summary information.

  • Refill requests and clinical tasks.

  • Clinical notes.

  • Patient message conversations associated with the current patient.

Available history depends on what Hint has loaded. Sidekick identifies missing or partial context rather than guessing.

Ask a source-aware question

Example 📖:

Review the available Hint Clinical notes and patient messages for this patient. Summarize the open follow-up items and tell me which source supports each one.

Review the answer against Hint before making a clinical, billing, or communication decision.

What this connection changes

This provides reading context. It does not permit Sidekick to edit a chart, sign a note, send a message, or complete a task.

If information is missing

  1. Confirm the correct patient is open and linked.

  2. Confirm you are signed in to Hint Clinical (one.hint.com).

  3. Open the relevant Hint Clinical area.

  4. Ask Sidekick which sources it used and what is missing.

  5. Contact Support if the source should be available but remains absent
