Before you start
Confirm Cerbo Calendar is enabled for your account.
Use desktop Chrome with the Tabflows extension running.
Confirm the clinic’s Cerbo address is configured in Tabflows.
Sign in to Cerbo.
Read a schedule
Open Sidekick.
State the date range you need.
Say whether you want one provider or the whole clinic. Use the provider name shown in Cerbo.
Review providers, appointments, cancelled appointments, locations, notes, and warnings.
Sidekick separates active and cancelled appointments and uses Cerbo’s displayed times. It does not invent availability from gaps.
Date and size limits
One provider: up to 547 days when Cerbo’s export is available.
Whole clinic: up to 92 days when the export is available.
One read: up to 3,000 appointments.
Export fallback: up to 31 provider days or 7 clinic days.
If the result is large or partial, ask for a shorter range or one provider at a time.
If Sidekick cannot read the calendar
Sign in to Cerbo, then retry.
Confirm the clinic address is configured.
Choose an exact provider when a name is missing or ambiguous.
Narrow a large clinic-wide request.
Treat any result marked partial as incomplete.
What this action changes Nothing. It does not create, update, cancel, or delete appointments.
