A follow-up reminder is a promise to future-you—or future-someone-else—that a waiting piece of work will be looked at again. Capture what needs checking, who owns the check, and when to return. Waiting is a state, not a completion ceremony.
Create the task 🚀
Use the patient-page Task button, sidebar Add Task, or + in Tasks.
Write the follow-up action in Description.
Choose a teammate or group in Assigned to.
Set Due on for when it should surface in My Tasks.
Confirm Patient when applicable.
Select Mark as urgent only when it must appear immediately.
Save the Task.
