Keep available, upcoming, and requested actions distinct. A request is not an installed or enabled action, and a suggested action is not proof that it has been added to the clinic. Do not claim a request was submitted unless the product confirms submission.
Browse upcoming actions 🔍
Marketplace shows which additional actions are planned but not yet available:
Open Tabflows and select Marketplace under Organization.
Click the + Add Action button in the top-right area.
The Add Action dialog opens, showing a list of upcoming actions.
Each upcoming action shows the action title, the connected system, and the category. A Coming soon label indicates the action is not yet available.
You can search within the Add Action dialog to find a specific upcoming action by name or system.
Upcoming actions ⌛
Marketplace shows currently available and upcoming actions in the Add Action experience. Because availability changes as actions ship, use the Action Marketplace directory for the current list.
Request a new action 📝
If you need an action that is not listed in Marketplace or in the upcoming actions list:
Open Marketplace in the clinic settings side menu.
Click the + Add Action button.
At the bottom of the Add Action dialog, click Request it.
An email draft opens addressed to [email protected] with the subject line Action Request. You can also ask for the action right here in the chat and the team will file it for you.
Describe the action you need and send the email.
The Tabflows team reviews action requests and uses them to prioritize which actions to build next.
Good to know 💡
Requesting an action does not guarantee it will be added. The Tabflows team evaluates requests based on how many clinics need the action, which systems it involves, and technical feasibility.
All currently enabled actions are active for your clinic. There are no toggles to turn individual actions on or off at this time.
As new actions become available, they will appear in your Marketplace automatically.
