Summary 🧭: Ask Sidekick to read one day of patient appointments from Athena. The action is read-only and does not create, move, cancel, or update an appointment.
Before you start
Use desktop Chrome with the Tabflows extension running.
Connect Athena and sign in.
Know the exact date you want to review.
Read a schedule
Open Sidekick.
Ask Sidekick to review the Athena schedule for an exact date, such as “Review the Athena schedule for August 28.”
If Athena asks you to sign in or confirm access, complete that step in the managed tab.
Wait for the schedule read to finish.
Review the date, departments, patient appointments, times, appointment types, and status information returned.
One read covers the whole day across every department and lists the departments it pulled. Ask Sidekick to focus on a single department if you want a narrower view. The read returns patient appointments and excludes open slots and blocked calendar time.
Understand appointment status Completed visits can be identified reliably. Scheduled, cancelled, and no-show states may appear as unknown when Athena’s fields are ambiguous. Verify an ambiguous status directly in Athena before contacting a patient, changing a schedule, or reporting attendance.
If the read does not finish
Sign in to Athena in the managed tab, then retry.
Ask for one exact date rather than a date range.
Verify an unknown status directly in Athena.
What this action changes Nothing. Use Athena’s own controls for schedule changes.
