Summary 🧭: Open Sidekick in a small floating window so you can keep the current page visible while you ask questions, use voice input, or continue a Sidekick conversation.
Before you start 🚀
Use desktop Chrome with the Tabflows extension running. Sign in to Tabflows. Mini appears only for accounts included in its rollout.
Open Mini 
Hover over Mini in the Tabflows rail for a quick preview. Move into the preview or select Mini to keep the window open. From the embedded Sidekick panel, open the conversation you want and select Pin to mini; the same conversation continues in the floating window.
Move and resize Mini 
Drag the header labeled Sidekick for your screen to move Mini. Drag an edge or corner to resize it. Select Reset position to return it to its default location and size. Select Close when you finish; closing Mini ends active voice capture in that window.
Continue your Sidekick work 
Type, use voice input, inspect the active conversation, and keep the page behind it visible. Check patient context, source information, and clinical or operational output before using it.
If Mini is unavailable 
Sign in and refresh the page. If the full Sidekick panel works but Mini does not appear, contact your clinic administrator or Tabflows Support. Reinstalling the extension does not grant a feature the account does not have.
