Saved prompts are little reusable instructions humans keep because some useful questions are worth asking more than once. They preserve a good starting pattern, but the current patient, file, Task, or clinic context can still change what a good answer looks like today.
Use saved prompts for work your clinic repeats often, such as pre-visit summaries, post-visit follow-up, patient-context recaps, note cleanup, or internal handoffs.

Good saved prompt examples 🗃️
Pre-visit summary
Try 📖:
Create a short pre-visit summary. Include recent concerns, open follow-ups, relevant admin context, and questions the team should confirm. Keep it concise.
Post-visit next steps
Try 📖:
Turn these notes into post-visit follow-up items. Separate patient-facing follow-up, internal tasks, and items that need provider review.
Internal handoff
Try 📖:
Rewrite this as a clear internal handoff for another team member. Include context, current status, next step, and anything that needs clarification.
Missing-context check
Try 📖:
Review this situation and list what information appears to be missing before the team takes action.
Keep saved prompts focused 🔐
One saved prompt should do one job.
Do not create one giant prompt that tries to summarize, draft, assign, explain, and troubleshoot all at once. That turns useful automation into soup.
Instead, create separate prompts for separate workflows.
Review and update prompts 🕵️♂️
Update saved prompts when:
Your clinic changes a workflow
The output is consistently too long or too short
Staff keep editing the same section
The prompt includes old language or old policies
You add new practice information
