Pro is priced by practice size — your patient panel and your team, whichever puts you higher:
Patient panel: Up to 10K patients
Team size: Up to 20 people
Price: $3,500/month on an annual commitment, or $4,375/month month to month (annual saves 20%)
No per-person fee. Adding a teammate doesn't change your price — only moving into the next band does.
Good to know 💡: The team band can put you on Pro before your panel does. A concierge practice with 900 patients and 16 staff is on Pro for that reason.
