Summary 🧭 : Tabflows has no per-person fee. Team size is one of the two bands that determine the clinic's paid plan, alongside patient panel size.
Team bands
Starter: up to 5 people
Plus: up to 10 people
Pro: up to 20 people
Enterprise: above the published Pro band
The clinic lands on whichever plan is higher: its patient band or its team band. Adding a person does not add a separate seat charge; price changes only when the clinic moves to another band.
