Summary 🧭: Tabflows can find and open patients in Atlas, Cerbo, and Healee — but what Sidekick can read differs by system. This page shows exactly where each one lands.
Tabflows can detect and link patients across Atlas, Cerbo, and Healee, but the available Sidekick data and actions differ by system.
What "supported" means here
Support comes in three levels, and a system can sit at one without the others:
Find and link — the extension recognises the patient page and connects it to Tabflows.
Read chart data — Sidekick can use that system's patient information in its answers.
Take actions — Tabflows can write or act inside the system.
Atlas
The extension detects and links patients on your clinic's Atlas site and opens the Tabflows side view.
Sidekick can use: patient summary, notes and encounters, appointments, external contacts and messages, tasks, diagnoses, prescriptions, labs, and utilization reports.
Good to know 💡: Documents are also supported, but document pulling is enabled per account rather than on by default. Appointment, message, and task history depth also depends on your account setup — some accounts read the most recent page rather than the full history. Ask Support if you need either turned on.
No general Atlas write actions are available today.
Cerbo
The extension detects and links patients on your clinic's Cerbo site and opens the Tabflows side view.
Sidekick can use: patient summary, encounters, billing information, medications, orders, and supplements.
Documents follow the same per-account rule as Atlas.
Cerbo fax triage and calendar are separate capabilities that each require their own access — they are not part of standard Cerbo support.
Healee
The extension recognises Healee patient-detail and patient-thread pages, links the patient to Tabflows, and helps you navigate back to them.
Important ⚠️: Healee is not a Sidekick data source. Sidekick does not read Healee chart content, and no Healee write actions are available. Use the linking and navigation support only.
If a system is not detected 🔍
Confirm the Tabflows Chrome extension is running.
Sign in to the system in the same browser.
For Atlas or Cerbo, confirm your clinic's system address is set up in Tabflows.
Open a supported patient page and try linking the patient again.
