Summary 🧭 : Patient panel size is one of the two bands that determine the clinic's paid plan, alongside team size. Tabflows uses unique patient records across connected systems and calculates the count automatically.
Patient bands
Starter: up to 1K patients
Plus: up to 3K patients
Pro: up to 10K patients
Enterprise: above the published Pro band
If the same patient appears in multiple connected systems, the pricing definition treats that person as one unique patient record. A clinic lands on whichever plan is higher: patient band or team band.
