Draft key results from a Cerbo document

Summary 🧭: While reviewing a Cerbo document, use Draft key results to have Tabflows prepare key-results notes from the open document. Tabflows drafts into Cerbo's Notes / Key Results editor — you review and save through Cerbo. It does not save the document review for you.

Draft and review

  1. Open the correct patient and document review in Cerbo.

  2. Select Draft key results, beside Notes / Key Results.

  3. Wait until the button shows Drafted, review before saving. (It moves from Draft key results → Drafting… → Drafted, review before saving.)

  4. Compare every value, date, and finding against the source document.

  5. Edit anything incomplete or incorrect.

  6. Use Cerbo's own Save control only after your review. Tabflows never saves the document review.

When linked chart details, prior documents, or Practice Awareness context are available, Tabflows may use them to improve the draft. If patient context is unavailable, the draft is based only on the open document.

Within the same open review, drafting again replaces the section it generated before. After you close and reopen the review, a new draft appends below a separator instead of replacing it — nothing you already have is discarded. Review the whole editor before saving.

Troubleshooting

  • If the preview is unavailable, too large, or unreadable, open the document directly and summarize manually.

  • If linked chart context is missing, verify the draft against the document rather than assuming chart context was used.

  • If Drafting failed, click to retry appears, confirm the correct document is open, then click to retry.
