A handsome logo can make a document look official, but it does not make the contents correct. Branding changes presentation—not facts, approval, or clinical judgment. Keep treating every generated document as a draft for human review.
Open Branding 🎯
Go to app.tabflows.com.
Under Organization, select Branding.
Choose Quick Setup or edit the fields yourself.
Branding is shared across the clinic. Changes apply to PDF and Word documents generated after the update. CSV files keep their row-and-column format and do not use document branding.
Start from your clinic website ⚡
Under Quick Setup, paste your clinic’s public website URL.
Select Extract.
Review what Tabflows found.
If an existing field already has a value, choose Replace or Keep current values.
Quick Setup is in beta. It uses information published on the website, so review every field before relying on it. If Tabflows cannot find something, enter it manually.
Set the details yourself ✍🏼
Clinic Identity — upload a PNG, JPG, or SVG logo under 2 MB, and set the brand name shown on documents.
Contact Information — add the address, phone, and fax shown in the document header.
Document Colors — choose primary, secondary, and accent colors, or reset them to the defaults.
Disclaimer Text — set the text shown at the bottom of generated documents, or restore the default disclaimer.
Changes save automatically. Look for Saved beside the section you changed.
Review before you use it 🔍
The Document Preview updates as you edit. Select Download Preview to generate a sample PDF, then check the logo, clinic name, contact details, colors, and disclaimer before creating a real document.
Branding controls how the file looks. Always review the document’s names, dates, clinical details, and calculations before sharing or using it.
If something does not look right 🛠️
If Quick Setup misses a detail, enter it manually.
If a value should not be replaced, choose Keep current values.
If Saved does not appear or the preview is incorrect, reload the page and try again.
If Branding is unavailable after an update and reload, contact Tabflows Support.
